Our story

Equal Tech Solutions was founded in 2023 in Cleveland, TN by IT engineers who'd spent years inside enterprise data centers, MSPs, and in-house IT shops — and who kept seeing the same gap: small and mid-sized businesses paying premium prices for help-desk support that should have been included, while the strategic IT work they actually needed was nowhere on the table.
We started Equal Tech to close that gap. Predictable flat-fee pricing. Senior engineers — not call-center scripts. Cybersecurity baked in, not sold as an upsell. And a roadmap that grows with you instead of locking you into a vendor's preferred stack.
