Every environment is different — seat count, line-of-business apps, compliance scope, risk tolerance — and quoting before we understand those would mean either over-selling you something you don't need or under-protecting something that matters. We do a free assessment first, then quote what actually fits.

Yes. Most engagements include a one-time onboarding covering documentation, agent rollout, Microsoft 365 / identity baseline, and the first runbook. It's scoped to your environment size and quoted in writing after a free assessment.

First 90 days are committed (we have to invest in onboarding to do the job right). After that, every plan is month-to-month with 30 days' notice. We earn the renewal every month, not at signing.

We're transparent on this: most managed plans include a small per-seat margin on bundled licensing because we're shouldering the rebate, billing, and support overhead. We'll always show you the underlying retail price if you want to compare.

Adds and removes pro-rate to the day. We don't lock you into 12-month seat counts you no longer need.

Per-seat pricing is volume-banded — pricing tiers down as you scale. We re-quote in writing every 12 months and you'll see the new rate before it takes effect.
